Questions
- What counts against my allowance?
- Each site you receive counts once a month, however it reaches you: a watch, a download or the API. Getting the same site again that month is free, and a download counts every site in it.
- What happens when I run out?
- We stop sending sites until your next billing month starts. We never charge for going over.
- Can I change plan or cancel?
- Any time, from your account. Moving up applies straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; moving down or cancelling takes effect when the month you have paid for ends.
- Which currency, and is there VAT?
- Pounds in the UK and dollars elsewhere, as shown at checkout. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
- How fresh is the data?
- We record what a site is built with when we first find it, usually the same day it goes live. We do not re-check old sites, so it tells you what a business launched with, not what it runs today.
- What contact details are included?
- On Agency and above: a site's own contact page and a general inbox such as hello@, when the site publishes one. Never a named person.
- How do I sign up?
- Pick a plan above. We confirm your email address, Stripe takes your card on its own page (we never see it), and your account is ready as soon as the payment goes through.
